Wura Arowosegbe holds a Ph.D. in Translational Science from UMass Chan Medical School. She has a background in Public Health, and through the course of her career, has gained valuable experience in maternal and child health research, program management, and hands-on perinatal care, including childbirth education, lactation counseling, and doula care.

Wura currently serves as the Maternal and Child Health Manager for the City of Worcester, Massachusetts, where she leads and co-ordinates initiatives for the Maternal and Child Health Department. She is passionate about improving maternal-child health outcomes.
