The Vermont MOMS Partnership (VT MOMS) is a collaborative program between the Howard Center and the Vermont Department for Children and Families (DCF), specifically the Economic Services Division (ESD). Its primary goal is to reduce depressive symptoms and address the mental health needs of low-income mothers and female caregivers who are experiencing mild to moderate depressive symptoms.
